The Vaisala BAROCAP digital barometer PTB330 is a new generation barometer specifically designed for various high-end atmospheric pressure measurements. PTB330 is based on Vaisala's self-developed silicon capacitive absolute pressure sensor, Vaisala BAROCAP sensor, for pressure measurement. It has high measurement accuracy and excellent long-term stability.

The PTB330 can be configured to calculate QNH and QFE pressures for use in the aviation sector. Depending on the height and temperature of the observed location, QNH represents the pressure restored to sea level. QFE represents pressure correction for small height differences, such as airport surface pressure.

The PTB330 features a multilingual graphical display that allows users to monitor measurement trends. During the measurement process, it can automatically update the chart and provide a one-year measurement history. In addition to instantaneous pressures, the PTB330 provides World Meteorological Organization (WMO) pressure trends and trends codes.
